Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Senior Executive – HR (Talent Acquisition) with strong experience in time-framed, target-oriented hiring across India and international markets Preferably (UAE, KSA, Indonesia, Vietnam). The role also involves employee engagement initiatives and training coordination. Candidates must be aggressive, execution-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for India and international locations (UAE, KSA, Indonesia, Vietnam).
- Close positions within strict timelines and monthly hiring targets.
- Work on lateral, niche, and bulk hiring across technical and non-technical roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement clarity, interviews, and closures.
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, follow-ups, and joining conversions.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, trackers, and pipeline reports.
- Use ATS (Zoho Recruit / any ATS) and job portals effectively.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication initiatives.
- Support HR in driving culture, morale, and employee participation across teams.
Training & Development Support
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Track training nominations, attendance, and feedback.
- Support L&D calendars and post-training documentation.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in time-bound, target-driven recruitment.
- Exposure to international hiring (UAE / KSA preferred).
- Strong sourcing, screening, and closing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Hindi speaking is mandatory (English required; additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and job portals.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3–6 years in Talent Acquisition / HR
- Background in EPC / Engineering / Infrastructure / Construction / Corporate hiring preferred
- Aggressive, result-oriented, and execution-focused mindset
- Immediate joiners or short notice candidates only
- Willing to work full time from office (no WFH / hybrid)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
