Job Title: Project Manager &ndash; Villas (Mivan Construction)Department: Projects / Construction Industry: Real Estate / Villas Experience: 10+ Years Location: Kondapur Employment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Mivan shuttering technology and villa projects. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring high-quality construction, timely delivery, and cost control while coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning &amp; Execution<ul><li>Lead complete lifecycle of villa projects&mdash;from planning to handover.</li><li>Prepare project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource plans.</li><li>Ensure effective implementation of Mivan shuttering/formwork systems.</li></ul>2. Construction Management<ul><li>Oversee daily site operations, manpower allocation, and progress tracking.</li><li>Ensure structural, finishing, and MEP works meet quality and safety standards.</li><li>Monitor execution against approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.</li></ul>3. Quality, Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Enforce IS codes, QMS, and safety standards at all project stages.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.</li><li>Coordinate with safety teams to maintain zero-incident culture.</li></ul>4. Vendor, Contractor &amp; Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Manage subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and external agencies.</li><li>Review and certify contractor bills, work orders, and material approvals.</li><li>Liaise with architects, structural engineers, local authorities, and clients.</li></ul>5. Budgeting &amp; Cost Control<ul><li>Prepare project budgets and monitor cost-to-complete.</li><li>Optimize material usage, formwork cycles, and construction timelines.</li><li>Identify and mitigate risks related to delays or cost overruns.</li></ul>6. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain project documentation including DPR, MIS reports, schedules, and variation statements.</li><li>Present project updates to senior management at regular intervals.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong experience in Mivan shuttering (must-have).</li><li>Proven track record managing villa or low-rise residential projects.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of civil engineering practices, finishing works, and MEP coordination.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask, troubleshoot site issues, and take timely decisions.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and project management tools.</li></ul>Education<ul><li>B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred).</li><li>Additional certifications in Project Management/Construction Management a plus.</li></ul>Please share your profile to :: hr@sarkprojects.inJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;36,533.95 - &#8377;107,724.44 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
