Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Mivan shuttering technology and villa projects. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring high-quality construction, timely delivery, and cost control while coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Execution

• Lead complete lifecycle of villa projects—from planning to handover.
• Prepare project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource plans.
• Ensure effective implementation of Mivan shuttering/formwork systems.

2. Construction Management

• Oversee daily site operations, manpower allocation, and progress tracking.
• Ensure structural, finishing, and MEP works meet quality and safety standards.
• Monitor execution against approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.

3. Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Enforce IS codes, QMS, and safety standards at all project stages.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
• Coordinate with safety teams to maintain zero-incident culture.

4. Vendor, Contractor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and external agencies.
• Review and certify contractor bills, work orders, and material approvals.
• Liaise with architects, structural engineers, local authorities, and clients.

5. Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare project budgets and monitor cost-to-complete.
• Optimize material usage, formwork cycles, and construction timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to delays or cost overruns.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain project documentation including DPR, MIS reports, schedules, and variation statements.
• Present project updates to senior management at regular intervals.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience in Mivan shuttering (must-have).
• Proven track record managing villa or low-rise residential projects.
• Excellent knowledge of civil engineering practices, finishing works, and MEP coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to multitask, troubleshoot site issues, and take timely decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and project management tools.

Education

• B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Additional certifications in Project Management/Construction Management a plus.
