With decades of excellence in precision engineering and metallurgy, we are looking for a Production Planning &amp; Control (PPC) professional to strengthen our operations team. This is a key role that demands experience, analytical skill, and industry-specific understanding.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.</li><li>Collaborate with production, stores, purchase, and sales teams to ensure synchronized workflow.</li><li>Monitor WIP (Work-in-Progress) and update planning as per actual performance and urgent priorities.</li><li>Plan material requirements based on production needs and lead times.</li><li>Track capacity utilization, downtime, and take corrective actions.</li><li>Coordinate for on-time dispatches, quality checks, and packaging.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production MIS reports for management review.</li><li>Suggest and implement improvements in planning systems and inventory control.</li><li>Handle production rescheduling during breakdowns, reworks, or urgent customer demands.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you willing to work in Meerut? if yes, any specific reason?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Production planning: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
