PPC Executive / Engineer

Experience Required: 3-5 Years (in metal/alloy or similar manufacturing industry)
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, or a related field

Job Summary:

Saru Silver Alloy Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed name in the silver brazing alloy manufacturing industry. With decades of excellence in precision engineering and metallurgy, we are looking for a Production Planning & Control (PPC) professional to strengthen our operations team. This is a key role that demands experience, analytical skill, and industry-specific understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with production, stores, purchase, and sales teams to ensure synchronized workflow.
• Monitor WIP (Work-in-Progress) and update planning as per actual performance and urgent priorities.
• Plan material requirements based on production needs and lead times.
• Track capacity utilization, downtime, and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate for on-time dispatches, quality checks, and packaging.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production MIS reports for management review.
• Suggest and implement improvements in planning systems and inventory control.
• Handle production rescheduling during breakdowns, reworks, or urgent customer demands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
