60% - Administrative: The position partners with the Branch Manager on the branch's daily administrative duties. This position monitors records and filing, types up documentation, schedules and coordinates service calls, and monitors completion of service work orders. This position is also responsible for managing the business office 

40% - Receptionist: Responsible for monitoring the phone system in a group setting and providing customer assistance. Responsible for managing the business office as it relates to service, which also could include other operations and sales functions, ordering necessary supplies, and maintaining the front desk at times. 
 
Administrative:
<ul>
<li>Utilize computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite and BC.</li>
<li>Schedule and organize deliveries, returns, and relocations. Managing drivers and setting crews as it pertains to the dispatch calendar.</li>
<li>Manage and coordinate changes in schedule to ensure accuracy and that all parties involved have updated information.</li>
<li>Maintain and manage filing system for branch.</li>
<li>Acts as liaison to other departments and outside agencies.</li>
<li>Handles confidential information.</li>
<li>Works independently and within a team on projects.</li>
<li>Types general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, etc.</li>
<li>Proofreads copies for spelling, grammar and layout, making appropriate changes. Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy.</li>
<li>Assist with other clerical duties such as photocopying and faxing</li>
<li>Acts as liaison to accounting department. Process accounting documentation as required.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Receptionist:
<ul>
<li>Answers incoming calls in group setting. Takes messages or fields/answers routine and non-routine questions.</li>
<li>Greets and directs visitors outside guest at times</li>
<li>Monitor, organize, and prioritize a large volume of information and calls.</li>
<li>Provide callers with information and follow up.</li>
<li>Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications</li>
<li>Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services and curriers.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as required</li>
</ul>
Education and Experience Requirements:
<ul>
<li>This position requires an Associate Degree and 1+ year of administrative assistant experience or high school diploma and 3+ years of administrative assistant experience.</li>
<li>Degree in business preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Dispatching/Logistics experience preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Shown ability to collaborate with other team members to accomplish tasks.</li>
<li>Thoroughness and detail oriented.</li>
<li>Accounts Receivable/Payable experience preferred.</li>
</ul>

Administrative Assistant

Job Description: CDL-B Driver Position Overview The CDL-B Driver for local delivery and pick up plays a crucial part in the success of the manufacturing of restroom trailers for Satellite Suites. This role focuses on transporting assembled parts, materials, or products to both Suite&rsquo;s locations and vendor facilities using vehicles and trailers that might require a Commercial Driver&rsquo;s License, Class B (CDL-B). The successful candidate will ensure timely, safe, and efficient delivery and pick-up while upholding Satellite standards and complying with all relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities Perform Local Deliveries and Pick-Ups: Safely operate a CDL-B vehicle to deliver products and materials to assigned locations within a designated local area. Ensure items are loaded and unloaded with care, following all protocols to prevent damage. Route Management: Plan and follow efficient routes for pick-up and delivery, adjusting as necessary based on traffic, road conditions, or customer requests to ensure on-time service. Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance: Conduct pre-trip, end route, and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle. Document and report mechanical issues promptly. Customer Service: Interact courteously and professionally with team members, management, and vendors during deliveries and pick-ups. Communication: Maintain regular communication with warehouse staff, and management regarding route status, delivery issues, or changes in schedule. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve delivery issues such as delays, customer complaints, or route changes efficiently and professionally. Safety: Prioritize safety at all times. Qualifications and Requirements Valid Commercial Driver&rsquo;s License (CDL-B): Must possess an active CDL-B license, with a clean driving record demonstrating safe and responsible operation. Experience: Prior experience as a commercial driver, particularly in local delivery or pick-up roles, is preferred. Experience with various cargo types is an asset. Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds (or more, depending on employer), and to spend extended periods driving or performing physical tasks. Knowledge of Local Roads: Familiarity with the assigned delivery area&rsquo;s streets, routes, traffic patterns, and regulations. Customer Service Skills: Professional and courteous communication style, with the ability to build rapport and resolve issues effectively.
