Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing &amp; closing).</li><li>Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.</li><li>Screen profiles through job portals, social media, walk-ins, and referrals.</li><li>Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, offer letters, and joining formalities.</li><li>Conduct onboarding, orientation programs and joiner documentation.</li><li>Assist in Training &amp; Development &ndash; planning sessions, preparing materials, coordinating trainers, and tracking employee progress.</li><li>Maintain employee records, attendance follow-up and HR reports.</li><li>Support HR operations such as policy communication, employee engagement, and grievance handling.</li><li>Ensure timely closure of positions as per company timelines.</li><li>Maintain professional communication and ensure compliance with HR standards.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Any graduate/postgraduate with HR specialization preferred.</li><li>Minimum 1 year experience in HR Recruitment (mandatory).</li><li>Experience in field recruitment or volume hiring is an added advantage.</li><li>Knowledge of T&amp;D activities is preferred.</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Strong communication &amp; interpersonal skills.</li><li>Good understanding of recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).</li><li>Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets &amp; documentation.</li><li>Good planning, coordination, and follow-up skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Recruiting: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Training &amp; development: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Madurai, Tamil Nadu (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
