Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing & closing).
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Screen profiles through job portals, social media, walk-ins, and referrals.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, offer letters, and joining formalities.
  • Conduct onboarding, orientation programs and joiner documentation.
  • Assist in Training & Development – planning sessions, preparing materials, coordinating trainers, and tracking employee progress.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance follow-up and HR reports.
  • Support HR operations such as policy communication, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions as per company timelines.
  • Maintain professional communication and ensure compliance with HR standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Any graduate/postgraduate with HR specialization preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in HR Recruitment (mandatory).
  • Experience in field recruitment or volume hiring is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of T&D activities is preferred.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets & documentation.
  • Good planning, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
