Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing & closing).
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Screen profiles through job portals, social media, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, offer letters, and joining formalities.
- Conduct onboarding, orientation programs and joiner documentation.
- Assist in Training & Development – planning sessions, preparing materials, coordinating trainers, and tracking employee progress.
- Maintain employee records, attendance follow-up and HR reports.
- Support HR operations such as policy communication, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per company timelines.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure compliance with HR standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Any graduate/postgraduate with HR specialization preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR Recruitment (mandatory).
- Experience in field recruitment or volume hiring is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of T&D activities is preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets & documentation.
- Good planning, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
