 Job Purpose:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Assist in terminal management to drive productivity and profitability of the terminal and fulfilling its commercial obligations to its customers in a safe and cost-effective manner.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist on enforcement, administering of daily operations of the terminal in order to optimize resource use, minimize costs and maintain quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and motivate the Operations Team to ensure levels of service meet or exceed customers&rsquo; expectations and that all departments have a focus on continuous improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that the respective unit operates strictly in accordance with statutory work, health, safety, environment and security requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the company on external committees and associations when needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in SOP reviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that Sr. Officers and Officers are able to deliver the terminal requirements within a given time frame.
 </li>
 <li>
 Frequently perform Safety Inspection and highlight potential risks and suggest corrective actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing roster of their respective section or unit to ensure adequate manpower is available to deliver the requirement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze available data and prepare performance reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain an excellent relationship with various stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Other related tasks delegated by the management.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience &amp; Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3-5 years of
 
 port operations
 
 and management experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ability to understand operational issues quickly and make wise decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Has wide knowledge and understanding on every aspect of terminal operations and other business functions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be structured, organized and proactive with proven skills &amp; experience as a change manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Action oriented manager with high energy levels, initiative and a strong collaborative approach to doing business.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills in English and able to manage effectively in a multicultural environment.
 </li>

Assistant Operations Manager

 Responsible for facilities, offices, and real estate assets, ensuring smooth operational and administrative processes, while adhering to company policies and government regulations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Administer the Real Estate Agreements
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on lease and rental agreements and renewals according to company policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with legal department on any conflicts with real estate clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to clients' inquiries and issues related to real estate offices
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor the company&rsquo;s documentation and ensure all up to date
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor maintenance works for buildings and offices (electricity, HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with perspective department to provide necessary h maintenance companies and contractors, ensuring proper execution of tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle government platforms, submit requests, and follow up on procedures and licenses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and maintain vehicle records, including registration, inspection renewal.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all trucks documents are up to date including TGA cards
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and maintain documents and records related to facilities, offices, and real estate.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare administrative reports and submit them to senior management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide guidance and support related administration work
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Facility Management, Real Estate, or equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in office, facility, or real estate management
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with government platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong administrative and organizational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
 </li>
