 Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with 20+ years experience 5+in KSA.
 </li>
 <li>
 Management and Executing of huge International Roads and infrastructure project, in the same position. Saudi or gulf experienced is a must.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong business acumen in project planning and management
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Bilingual Arabic and English Language reading, writing and speaking proficiency
 </li>
 </ul>

 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to roads and infrastructure projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate terms and conditions with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure favorable terms for the organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify potential risks associated with contracts and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that the project adheres to legal and regulatory requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all contract-related documentation is filed and archived in accordance with organizational policies.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 Bachelor Degree in civil Engineering
 
 
 10+ years&rsquo; experience as contracts Engineer with Governmental Purchasing GTPL and
 
 FIDIC Contracts
