Technical Office Engineer – Landscaping

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Technical Office Engineer – Landscaping with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering to support landscaping and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing shop drawings, quantity take-offs, material submittals, technical coordination, and project documentation while ensuring compliance with project specifications, design standards, and construction schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review landscaping shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants, site engineers, architects, and subcontractors regarding landscaping works.
• Perform quantity take-offs (QTO) for softscape and hardscape works, including paving, irrigation, planting, and site development items.
• Prepare material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation for consultant approval.
• Review project specifications, BOQs, and contract drawings to ensure compliance.
• Assist in preparing progress reports, work schedules, and project updates.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering

Experience

• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in a technical office role within landscaping or construction projects.
• Experience in hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and site development works is preferred.
