Role We're seeking a visionary Head of Engineering to lead our global engineering teams in delivering exceptional software solutions and driving technical excellence. This is a strategic leadership role, working closely with the CTO, Head of Product and Heads of Operations to align engineering with business goals and product transformation. As Head of Engineering, you will lead global teams, define and execute engineering strategy, champion DevOps and QA practices, and drive innovation through AI-assisted development. Responsibilities <ul> <li>Overseeing engineering operations, budgets, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business strategy.</li> <li>Optimizing development processes and delivery pipelines.</li> <li>Fostering a culture of technical excellence, efficiency and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Data teams.</li> <li>Promoting adoption of emerging technologies and AI-powered tools.</li> </ul> Our engineering environment includes technologies such as .NET, React, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Octopus Deploy, Snowflake, and modern CI/CD pipelines. Our Tech Team works within a learning and collaborative environment, where empowerment is key to our success, along with developing a culture of innovation and creating an environment where everyone can excel.
