The post holder is expected to provide technical advice and support to project staff based in implementation provinces/districts to ensure health and nutrition programme objectives are successfully achieved for both curative and prevention components in health and nutrition interventions. The post-holder will also contribute to the development and review of the health and nutrition programmes direction including expansion to Community Based Health and Nutrition Programming.</p>

S/he is expected to support/ lead the implementation of thematic projects and provide technical backstopping to partners and ensure programming objectives are successfully achieved. We employ approximately 25,000 people across the globe and work on the ground in over 100 countries to help children affected by crises, or those that need better healthcare, education and child protection. We also campaign and advocate at the highest levels to realise the right of children and to ensure their voices are heard. We are working towards three breakthroughs in how the world treats children by 2030:
