</li><li>Facilitate/participate in tender evaluation committees to ensure compliance and achieve the best value outcomes.
</li><li>Track deadlines for quotation submissions and facilitate Competitive Bid Analysis (CBA) and procurement committee meetings, ensuring timely notification of committee members.
</li><li>Ensure that bid committee meetings are properly minuted, detailing the analysis of quotations, reasons for supplier selection, and obtaining necessary approvals
</li><li>Manage Framework Agreements (FWA), monitor spending, and facilitating renewals, amendments, or additional agreements as required
</li><li>Follow Save the Children standard procurement practices and keep records to fulfill audit trail standards.
</li><li>Ensure delivery deadlines for goods and services are properly monitored in each contract or purchase order (PO) and that timely reminders are sent to suppliers and ensure the procurement and delivery of supplies are executed efficiently and cost-effectively

<ul><li>Manage the upper Egypt field office asset register, ensuring it is up-to-date and contains all required information in accordance with SCI and donors&rsquo; procedures.

</li><li>Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

</b></p><p>Save the Children, Pakistan (SC Pakistan) is seeking a Supply Chain Manager, for its USDA-funded McGovern Dole Food for Education and Child Nutrition Program in Pakistan. The Sindh Sustainable School Meals (SSSM) project which will be implemented in three districts of Sindh including Thatta and Sujawal, to reach 530 schools and over 150,000 direct beneficiaries.</p>
<p>
The Supply Chain Manager leads end&#8209;to&#8209;end commodity and supply chain operations (importation, survey &amp; port operations, warehousing, transport, last&#8209;mile distribution, procurement, data, and security) for both U.S. in&#8209;kind and Local &amp; Regional Procurement (LRP) commodities. The role ensures full compliance with 7 CFR 1599, relevant 2 CFR Part 200 requirements, and Save the Children International&rsquo;s (SCI) Commodity Management Manual&mdash;maintaining accountability and traceability from receipt to final distribution and end&#8209;use monitoring. The manager also partners closely with Save the Children US (SCUS), government counterparts, and port authorities to achieve timely clearance, minimize losses, and meet all USDA documentation and reporting requirements.</p></div></div><div><br>

<p><b>Port Operations, Importation &amp; Clearance</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with SCUS, shipping agents, clearing &amp; forwarding, surveyors, customs, and port authorities to ensure compliant and timely clearance. Oversee surveys, tally, fumigation, quality assurance, and documentation (B/L, COAs, survey reports, claims) with tight custody and audit trails.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Warehousing, Transport, and Last-Mile Delivery</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Design and oversee the warehouse network (central and satellite), including layout, racking/palletization, FEFO controls, pest management, and HSE. Procure and manage transport (3PLs), routing, delivery SLAs, proof&#8209;of&#8209;delivery (POD), and exception handling to distribution points and hub kitchens. Implement Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and cold/ambient chain controls as applicable; conduct regular facility and partner compliance audits.</li>

<p><b>Procurement and Vendor Management</b></p>

<li>Lead strategic sourcing for transport, warehouse services, fumigation, packaging, and ancillary goods/services; run fair and transparent processes per SCI and donor rules.
