<div><div><p><b>ROLE PURPOSE:
</b></p><p>The Roots for Growth Project Manager will lead the implementation of a multi-year results based financed project in Assiut Governorate, designed to empower household-led microenterprises and improve child well-being through sustainable income growth. The role requires a high level of flexibility and adaptive management, including iterative planning, quarterly learning workshops, and co-design sessions with partners. The post holder will oversee program delivery, payment indicators achievement, budget management, partnership coordination, and compliance with SCI and donor standards, while ensuring gender-responsive and child-sensitive approaches across all activities.
</p><p>In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly.<br>
</p><p><br>
<b>Brief Project Scope:
</b></p><p>Roots For Growth Phase one is a 27-month project designed to acheve sustainable economic empowerment and strengthened resilience among vulnerable households with children in Upper Egypt, particularly in Assiut, with the goal of increasing investments in children&rsquo;s development and well-being. The project targets 800 household-led microenterprises across four cohorts (200 per cohort), providing initial entrepreneurship and business development training within pre-selected value chains. From these, 630 micro-enterprises will be selected to receive a comprehensive package comprising seed funding, tailored technical training, business coaching through household coaches, market linkages, and individualized support for business growth. Grounded in a theory of change that emphasizes gender-responsive, tailored capacity building; sector-specific technical development; mentorship; inclusive market access; and early-stage growth capital, the program aims to strengthen microenterprise performance and promote improved financial planning, saving practices, and child-sensitive household financial management. By addressing discriminatory gender norms and ensuring equitable participation and benefits for women and youth, the project seeks to enable households to sustainably grow their enterprises, generate predictable income, and reinvest in their children&rsquo;s education, health, and overall well-being, ultimately contributing to long-term resilience and sustainable economic empowerment.
</p><p>Implementation will be delivered through local incubator to deliver all business mentorship and capacity building aspects and community-based organizations (CBOs) which will serve as hubs for coaching, and market linkage support. These partners will provide continuous hands-on guidance to households and help embed project practices within existing community systems. Leveraging their local networks and contextual knowledge will ensure outreach to the most vulnerable yet viable groups and promote long-term sustainability beyond the project&rsquo;s duration.
</p><p>The project will also pilot a Results-Based Financing (RBF) model to strengthen and build on SCI Egypt expertise and adapt our implementation approach so that it becomes technically and institutionally fit for future RBF programming. Through this pilot, the PM, the team, and livelihoods TA will refine operational processes, reporting mechanisms, and partner engagement models to align with RBF requirements and ensure readiness for broader scale-up. RBF is a financing approach in which payments are partially or fully tied to the achievement of measurable and pre-defined results, aiming to improve performance, enhance accountability, and ensure that resources directly drive high-quality outcomes.<br>

The Sindh Sustainable School Meals (SSSM) project which will be implemented in three districts of Sindh including Karachi and Sujawal, to reach 530 schools and over 150,000 direct beneficiaries throughout the course of the project.</p>

Under the supervision of the Chief of Party the Manager-REALM will be responsible for developing SSSM&rsquo;s systems, skills, and approaches to designing and successfully implementing methodologies, policies, systems, and capacities for research, monitoring, evaluation, and ongoing learning in ways that facilitate and improve project outcomes. The Manager-REALM will promote and enable SSSM&rsquo;s culture and practices of measuring progress against plans and learning from evidence and successes as well as challenges, and will be responsible for providing technical leadership and oversight on monitoring and evaluation strategies, including but not limited to: systems for data collection by SSSM staff and partners, monitoring and reporting on USDA indicators, knowledge management, impact evaluations, learning activities, and liaising with third part evaluators/partners on SSSM baseline, midline, and endline needs or research efforts, while coordinating closely with SC Pakistan Country and Save the Children International (SC International) leadership and technical advisors.</p></div></div><div><br>

<li>Manage and implement all MEL activities throughout relevant project cycles&mdash;from startup to implementation and closure in line with SC Pakistan and SC International&rsquo;s policies and procedures, donor requirements, program quality principles, and standards of best practice.</li>
<li>Work closely with Operations and Finance teams for KPI and cost-effectiveness reporting.</li>
<li>Conduct field visits and provide active field-level leadership and engagement during all data collection, validation, and monitoring processes to ensure data quality and timely completion and compilation of data.</li>
<li>Champion identification of best practices and lessons learned through ongoing sharing with Chief of Party and technical leads, and ensure dissemination within SSSM team and partners, as well as with key stakeholders in line with SSSM&rsquo;s broader policy and advocacy efforts.</li>

Child Protection Coordinator - Aswan

This role is critical for our community engagement and to ensure that affected communities understand our services and activities. ACCM Assistant is contributing to implementation of communications strategy and is responsible for the active presence of Save the Children T&uuml;rkiye across digital platforms and social media. The post holder will also work on development graphic design materials. ACCM Assistant will produce high quality multimedia content, including video, photographs, and produce graphic design in support of the country advocacy and program strategy on the humanitarian situation in T&uuml;rkiye. The ACCM Assistant will produce content to be used in all Save the Children media, social media channels, fundraising campaigns, websites, mobile app etc.

</p><p><b>In order to be successful you will bring/have:
</b></p><ul><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and editing skills
</li><li>Fluency in both spoken and written Turkish and English to provide outputs for a wide range of different audiences
</li><li>One year of professional experience in communications, multimedia, journalism, visual and digital or traditional media or external communications work
</li><li>Experience working sensitively with vulnerable groups
</li><li>Knowledge of graphic design and/or video editing software (Adobe Creative Cloud)
</li><li>Experience of using professional DV camera, sound equipment, lighting set ups, SLR cameras and video footage using professional editing software.
</li><li>Can produce accurate, clear and consistent information and communication outputs relating to both program support and humanitarian situation
</li><li>Proven ability to work with communities and partners to gather content on the humanitarian situation and on programs.
</li><li>Experience and understanding of the situation in T&uuml;rkiye, including the sensitivities
</li><li>Substantial experience of working in remote field bases with Iimited infrastructure
</li><li>Excellent understanding of international audiences and their varying visual communication needs
</li><li>Excellent planning and coordination skills, with the ability to organise a substantial workload comprised of complex, diverse tasks and responsibilities

</li><li>High level of spoken and written Arabic is highly desirable
