ROLE PURPOSE: 
<ul><li>The Partnerships Operation Officer is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient implementation of partnership management cycle including partners identification, Joint Partnership Assessment (JPA)and developing and implementing the CO partners capacity strengthening interventions covering different aspects such as but not limited to ; finance, Supply chain, HR, governance, safeguarding admin and procurement units. S/he will be responsible for implementing daily tasks to ensure that the partnership strategy is being implemented to meet the CO objectives with consistency with SCI&rsquo;s related policies and procedures.</li><li>The position holder will support partnership department to ensure the application of localization strategy and equitable partnership approach including training and support to field offices teams. The role holder will coordinate cross functions departments including Program Operations, Finance, MEAL, Awards, Supply Chain, and Technical Advisors to ensure partners are adequately identified and supported</li></ul></div>

ROLE PURPOSE: This position will be in a close and timely contact with caseworkers and the whole team is overseen and led by the Senior Child Protection officer. The CM team is entitled to provide case management services to UASC refugee and migrant children.

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY: 
Project Implementation 
<ul><li>Follow up with caseworkers to conduct individual assessment interviews and draft relevant forms to assess the children&rsquo;s needs.</li><li>Support the Senior CP Officer to provide full case management support to individual children.</li><li>Ensure proper Counselling of UASC (unaccompanied and separated children) on the assessment procedures and services provided.</li><li>Coordinate with the Senior CP Officer to ensure Conducting a Best Interest Assessment (BIA) and where applicable, Best Interest Determination (BID) for identified children (when applicable).</li><li>Follow up on development and implementation of detailed care plans.</li><li>Support Senior Officer in reviewing the Best Interest Assessments drafted by caseworkers.</li><li>Make timely referrals to appropriate services and coordinating with partner organisations.</li><li>Ensure accompaniments are conducted with children when necessary to external appointments with service providers.</li><li>Actively participate in the case management internal coordination meetings led by the CP TA.</li><li>Accountable for monitoring and following up on SCI case management reporting system to ensure that data are up to date.</li><li>Update monthly records regularly and preparing periodic reports on caseload.</li><li>Follow up and monitor extension of services for individual cases.</li><li>Ensure case management is implemented in-line with Save the Children&rsquo;s policies and procedures and adhere to donor requirements and guidelines.</li><li>Accountable for ensuring proper data gathering and data accuracy ensuring that the project CM data base is regularly up to date.</li><li>Regularly update the project case management component tracker.</li><li>Accountable for compiling concise quantitative and qualitative reports on a monthly and quarterly basis from other SCI CM teams including.</li><li>Support the program teams as necessary.</li></ul></div>

ROLE PURPOSE: 
The Awards Development Officer will coordinate and develop proposals for competitive funding opportunities. The position requires innovative thinking and creativity to package our programme strategies in ways that attract the right donor support and grow our portfolio strategically and sustainably. Recognising that many conversations with donors involve a review or update around current grants as well as discussions about new opportunities, this role will also be expected to remain informed about the progress of major institutional grants. 
The Awards Development Officer will also undertake Donor Landscape Studies regularly to identify donor trends, lead in the development of country funding strategies, facilitate structured donor engagement, track and identify donor opportunities

<ul><li>Ensure a clear and structured go/no-go process is in place.</li><li>Process-lead the development of proposals, building on global, regional and national expertise, and ensuring the highest quality product.</li><li>Serve as lead writer and proposal lead for key competitive bids with inputs on technical writing from PDQ and other departments.</li><li>Work with Members to ensure that proposal development teams are appropriately resourced.</li><li>Lead capture planning for key opportunities, ensuring that donor analysis, competitor analysis, and an analysis of SC&rsquo;s strengths and weaknesses informs go/no-go decisions, partnership strategies, and increases preparedness for developing high quality proposals.</li><li>Drive interdepartmental coordination for project design with PDQ, Advocacy, Programme Operations, Awards (for field team inputs, logistics requirements, costings, etc.), Security, Logistics, Finance, and HR (for staffing requirements).</li><li>Ensure full internal and member review and sign off as per the proposal development process and Fundraising Protocol.</li><li>Draft key sections of proposals that are standard inputs &ndash; e.g. capability statements; country context and programme experience, while drawing on the expertise of Technical Advisors, Operations, Finance, HR and Security.</li><li>Represent SC Egypt as a generalist, alongside technical experts, in consortium meetings regarding proposal development.</li><li>Ensure that Theory of Change is addressed in all new proposals and that key elements of programme quality are included (e.g. child participation, child safeguarding, gender, lessons learned from past proposals, accountability, risk assessments, effective and sustainable partnerships, etc.).</li><li>In coordination with PDQ, ensure that Common Approaches are integrated in proposal development when appropriate and relevant.</li><li>Coordinate Value for Money calculations in proposal development, as required by donors.</li><li>Ensure proposals are compliant with all requirements of the donor and solicitation.</li><li>Arrange for after action reviews with the support of Global team business partners and/or Members, to promote learning and ensure quality of proposals.</li></ul>
Strategy and Planning (15%) 
<ul><li>Refresh Donor Landscape Studies on an appropriate frequency</li><li>Work with PDQ to develop generic concept notes for thematic areas and cross-sectoral integration. These concepts should reflect our ambitions and new creative thinking to achieve more for children.</li><li>Support SMT in developing and managing consortium arrangements. Ensure appropriate documentation developed and filed to support consortium arrangements.</li><li>Maintain AMS and internal tracking systems and participate in monthly NBD-Awards meetings.</li></ul>
Awards-NBD facilitation (20%)

CHILD SAFEGUARDING: (select only one) 
Level 3: The post holder will have contact with children and/or young people frequently (e.g. once a week or more) or intensively (e.g., four days in one month or more, or overnight) because they work country programs; or are visiting country programs; or because they are responsible for implementing the police checking/vetting process for staff.

ROLE PURPOSE: 
The key purpose of this post is to provide psychosocial support services in compliance with the relevant SCI guidelines at the country office level in support to Egypt Response program. Under the supervision of the Response Team Lead, MHPSS officer, and the Mental Health Psycho Social Support (MHPSS) Technical Advisor (TA), the psychologist will be responsible for providing individual/group sessions for at risk children and youth in need of psychosocial support identified through the project activities and referrals. S/he will be responsible for conducting the needed assessments and customizing the session topics based on the identified needs of the target group. S/he will also be responsible for organizing group support and awareness sessions to children at risk and their families, and referring those with acute psychological needs to specialized services. The role holder might be at least 50% working in the field with frequent travels outside duty station.

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY: 
Project implementation: 
Psychological Support Services: 
In close collaboration with the MHPSS TA, and MHPSS officer the psychologist will:
<ul>
<li>Contribute to the design/update of intake forms, session plans, and follow-up forms for children and their families.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the MEAL team to administer the psychometric assessments upon need and deliver reports accordingly.</li>
<li>Develop psychological intervention plans for identified cases and follow up on them regularly.</li>
<li>Conduct one to one and group counselling sessions with children and families referred from the project other activities and from other projects by coordination with Case management.</li>
<li>Identify, assess, refer severe cases to appropriate psychological/psychiatric service providers.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit individual case reports for all cases on their caseload and document case progress.</li>
<li>Attend one to one and group supervision meetings (face to face and online) with the MHPSS TA or delegated to MHPSS officer to discuss the above-mentioned documents and for seeking support.</li>
<li>Ensure that all psychological interventions offered are informed by current scientific evidence.</li>
<li>Adhere to the highest standards of practice.</li>
<li>Work closely with the project officer and project manager to develop and implement the project work plan and activities.</li></ul> 


Other Project Activities:
<ul>
<li>Assist the PSS project team in material development, training deliveries on topics regarding needs identified.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the MEAL team to administer remote follow up (By phone or online) and surveys to verify the quality of MHPSS activities.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate monitoring &amp; evaluation and indicator tracking plans for the MHPSS component with support of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) team.</li>
<li>Work closely with the MEAL officer and assistant to ensure appropriate accountability and feedback mechanisms are established within the project.</li>
<li>Ensure that the activities are implemented in a full respect to the child safeguarding polices of SC.</li>
<li>Support in staff well-being activities that doesn&rsquo;t affect the professional relationship and confidentiality of staff (For Example: peer to peer support groups, work related stress awareness raising and stress management training).</li>
<li>Support in the administrative and logistics work related to MHPSS operations within the project.</li>

Reporting and Documentation
