 Essential Job Functions:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Receive, review, and process import documentation for accounts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure documentation is accurately processed, distributed and released to carrier, customers and agents in a timely manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Obtain and create quotes for shipments and source best method of transportation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with Brokerage or CFS to coordinate and monitor the release of goods from the carrier, Customs, or other governmental agency examinations that may be required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with overseas agents to ensure proper pre-alerts and documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Continue to explore different options to reduce cost, and increase revenues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and trace shipment and provide updates to clients and sales.
 </li>
 <li>
 Uphold a strong and professional relationship with airlines, transportation agencies and sales.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate an emphasis on customer satisfaction per company policy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain shipment files and ensure billing is completed within a timely fashion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist as backup for alternate accounts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other duties as assigned.
 </li>

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>

 Prepare accurate and competitive pricing and quotations for ocean Export and import freight shipments in accordance with customer requirements and company guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, shipping lines and overseas agents to secure competitive rates and service options.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate freight rates, surcharges, and service agreements with vendors and partners to maximize profitability while maintaining service quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze market trends, carrier pricing, and competitor activities to ensure competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate closely with the Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to provide timely pricing support and customized logistics solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond promptly to pricing requests (RFQs/RFPs) and ensure quotations are submitted within agreed timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review customer pricing agreements and maintain pricing records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor profit margins and recommend pricing adjustments to improve revenue and maintain competitiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support key account tenders by preparing comprehensive pricing proposals and cost analyses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update carrier tariffs, rate sheets, and pricing databases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements within pricing activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all pricing activities comply with company policies, contractual agreements, and applicable trade regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare regular pricing reports and analyses to support management decision-making and business planning.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of
 
 2 years of proven experience
 
 in sales , Pricing , and key account management within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of international freight forwarding and logistics operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong networking, relationship-building, and customer management abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills.
 </li>
