 Air Freight Manager
 
 to join our growing team. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in air freight operations and a passion for delivering efficient, compliant, and customer-focused logistics solutions.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan, organize, and manage all air freight operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all air shipments are executed on time, cost-effectively, and efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Guarantee compliance of all operational processes with national and international air freight regulations and company policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead, motivate, train, and guide the air operations team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor, assess, and continuously improve team performance by setting clear goals and KPIs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize operational processes to maximize customer satisfaction and service quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, agents, customs authorities, and other logistics partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide customers with prompt, efficient, and solution-oriented support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Procure thermal blankets and data loggers, and ensure proper labeling for special shipments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expand and manage relationships with domestic transportation, warehousing, and packaging-palletizing suppliers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and manage budgets related to air freight operations, controlling costs and driving profitability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct performance analysis and reporting to improve operational efficiency and cost optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop strategies for process improvement, digitalization, and automation in air freight operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor market trends, customer expectations, and industry innovations to contribute to strategic planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop new operational processes and service models to support the company&rsquo;s growth targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure full compliance with legal regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements in all air freight activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze, mitigate, and manage operational risks effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Regularly track, report, and improve operational goals.
 </li>

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferably in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 10 years of experience
 
 in a similar role within the logistics or transportation sector.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in
 
 English
 
 (both written and spoken).
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced skills in
 
 Microsoft Office
 
 applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
