 We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
 
 Procurement Specialist
 
 to join our team. This role will support purchasing operations, supplier management processes, and cost-efficiency initiatives in alignment with company policies and operational needs. The position can be based in

 Istanbul
 
 depending on the candidate&rsquo;s preference.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Execute procurement activities in accordance with company procedures and compliance requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage supplier research, evaluation, selection, and performance tracking
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and price quotations
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely supply of goods and services
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, risks, and alternative sources
 </li>
 <li>
 Support cost improvement and process optimization projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure alignment with sustainability, ethical sourcing, and audit standards
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or related fields
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (FMCG or manufacturing experience is an asset)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical mindset and high attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (Oracle is an advantage)
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of English
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work from Ayval&inodot;k or Istanbul
 </li>
 <li>
 No travel restrictions
 </li>
 <li>
 Having a valid driver&rsquo;s license is an advantage
 </li>
