Our focus is simple: create a seamless, thoughtful environment for both guests and team &mdash; where every detail is intentional and nothing is overlooked.The Role We&rsquo;re looking for a highly organized, intuitive Executive Assistant to support leadership and act as a central point of coordination across the property.This role goes beyond traditional admin &mdash; it&rsquo;s about creating structure, maintaining momentum, and ensuring that daily operations run cleanly behind the scenes. You&rsquo;ll manage communication, keep priorities aligned, and make sure nothing gets lost in the day-to-day.If you&rsquo;re someone who naturally brings order to chaos, follows through without being asked twice, and understands how to operate with discretion and polish, this role is for you.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Manage and organize leadership email inboxes, including drafting and responding as needed</li><li>Own calendar management &mdash; scheduling, prioritizing, and optimizing daily, weekly, and long-term planning</li><li>Coordinate meetings, calls, and walkthroughs with internal teams, vendors, and external partners</li><li>Track ongoing projects and ensure follow-through across departments</li><li>Hold team members accountable for deadlines, action items, and deliverables</li><li>Act as a liaison between leadership and team to keep communication clear and efficient</li><li>Support day-to-day operational coordination as needed</li><li>Assist with reservations and guest communication when required</li><li>Maintain and update information in Oracle Opera PMS</li><li>Support light administrative and accounting tasks (invoice tracking, expense logging)</li><li>Handle time-sensitive requests and day-to-day needs &mdash; from coordinating meetings to managing small but important details</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail</li><li>Proactive and solution-oriented &mdash; you anticipate needs before they arise</li><li>Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Discreet, polished, and professional</li><li>Able to follow through and close loops consistently</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a high-level administrative role</li><li>Hospitality experience is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with Oracle Opera PMS or similar systems</li><li>Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office</li></ul>Why This Role This is an opportunity to work closely with leadership and play a key role in shaping how the hotel operates day-to-day.
