The Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, intuitive Executive Assistant to support leadership and act as a central point of coordination across the property.

This role goes beyond traditional admin — it’s about creating structure, maintaining momentum, and ensuring that daily operations run cleanly behind the scenes. You’ll manage communication, keep priorities aligned, and make sure nothing gets lost in the day-to-day.

If you’re someone who naturally brings order to chaos, follows through without being asked twice, and understands how to operate with discretion and polish, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and organize leadership email inboxes, including drafting and responding as needed
  • Own calendar management — scheduling, prioritizing, and optimizing daily, weekly, and long-term planning
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and walkthroughs with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
  • Track ongoing projects and ensure follow-through across departments
  • Hold team members accountable for deadlines, action items, and deliverables
  • Act as a liaison between leadership and team to keep communication clear and efficient
  • Support day-to-day operational coordination as needed
  • Assist with reservations and guest communication when required
  • Maintain and update information in Oracle Opera PMS
  • Support light administrative and accounting tasks (invoice tracking, expense logging)
  • Handle time-sensitive requests and day-to-day needs — from coordinating meetings to managing small but important details

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a high-level administrative role
  • Hospitality experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with Oracle Opera PMS or similar systems
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
