We are seeking someone who will be the operational backbone of our daily workflow.About the RoleThe Receptionist ensures the smooth operation of the clinic&rsquo;s front office and provides occasional support to the Physical Therapist with patient care activities. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a healthcare environment, communicates clearly, and loves helping people.Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Warmly greet and check in/check out patients</li><li>Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage provider calendars</li><li>Verify insurance benefits; obtain authorizations and monitor visit limits</li><li>Handle copays, billing inquiries, and daily payment reconciliation</li><li>Maintain organized patient records and documentation in EMR systems</li><li>Coordinate communication between therapists, patients, and external providers</li><li>Manage supply inventory, office equipment, and general clinic organization</li><li>Ensure the clinic environment is clean, professional, and welcoming</li><li>Support marketing efforts including patient reminders, online reviews, and outreach</li><li>Assist with problem-solving and overall workflow as needed</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in a medical office, therapy clinic, or similar setting preferred</li><li>Strong administrative, multitasking, and communication skills</li><li>Comfort with EMR/EHR software (experience with WebPT a plus)</li><li>Knowledge of insurance verification and basic billing terminology strongly preferred</li><li>Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills</li><li>Ability to stay organized, accurate, and calm under pressure</li><li>High school diploma required; additional healthcare training or background is a plus</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Professional growth opportunities</li><li>Potential advancement with company</li><li>Supportive team culture in a meaningful, patient-centered environment</li></ul>Equal Employment Opportunity StatementWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
