Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to oversee the operations of our residential property. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing and in property management, with a comprehensive understanding of leasing, administrative duties. This role requires exceptional leadership abilities, conflict management skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to tenants and property owners alike.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.</li><li>Oversee property leasing activities, including marketing vacant units, conducting showings, and processing applications.</li><li>Maintain accurate records through effective data entry and management of property management software (CMMS).</li><li>Develop and implement strategies for upselling services to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Address tenant concerns promptly and effectively, utilizing conflict management skills to resolve issues.</li><li>Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met and coordinate necessary repairs.</li><li>Collaborate with administrative staff to streamline office operations and enhance overall efficiency.</li><li>Stay informed about local laws related to property management and ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in property management or a related field is essential.</li><li>Strong understanding of law as it pertains to property management practices.</li><li>Demonstrated ability in administrative tasks related to leasing and office operations.</li><li>Experience with upselling services or products is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with data entry processes and property management software (CMMS) is advantageous.</li><li>Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is required.</li><li>Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.</li></ul>Join our team as a Senior Property Manager where you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards for our properties while fostering positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
