Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Oversee property leasing activities, including marketing vacant units, conducting showings, and processing applications.
• Maintain accurate records through effective data entry and management of property management software (CMMS).
• Develop and implement strategies for upselling services to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Address tenant concerns promptly and effectively, utilizing conflict management skills to resolve issues.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met and coordinate necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to streamline office operations and enhance overall efficiency.
• Stay informed about local laws related to property management and ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations.

Experience

• Proven experience in property management or a related field is essential.
• Strong understanding of law as it pertains to property management practices.
• Demonstrated ability in administrative tasks related to leasing and office operations.
• Experience with upselling services or products is preferred.
• Familiarity with data entry processes and property management software (CMMS) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is required.
• Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
