This role blends sales communication with daily social media management and digital marketing responsibilities. You&rsquo;ll guide customers toward the best game-room furniture, process online orders through BigCommerce, Square, and PayPal, and manage our brand presence across all major social platforms.If you&rsquo;re confident, organized, and love combining sales with content creation and marketing strategy &mdash; you&rsquo;ll fit right in.ResponsibilitiesSales &amp; Customer Experience<ul><li>Engage with customers by phone and email &mdash; professional, personable, and proactive</li><li>Guide shoppers toward the best game-room furniture for their home or project</li><li>Process and track online orders using BigCommerce, Microsoft Office (Excel), Gmail, Google Drive, Square, and PayPal</li><li>Take initiative to make outbound follow-up calls to existing and potential customers</li><li>Communicate clearly and confidently with excellent grammar and tone</li><li>Maintain accurate customer records and order notes</li></ul>Social Media &amp; Marketing<ul><li>Manage Sawyer Twain&rsquo;s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok) &mdash; plan, create, and schedule engaging posts that reflect our brand tone and visual style</li><li>Write compelling captions, product highlights, and promotional content that align with sales campaigns and seasonal launches</li><li>Monitor engagement, respond to comments and DMs, and interact with followers in a professional, on-brand voice</li><li>Design and curate visually striking content in Canva or other creative tools that align with our brand identity</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team on email campaigns, product spotlights, influencer partnerships, and paid promotions</li><li>Track performance metrics and contribute creative ideas to grow brand awareness and online sales</li></ul>Digital Marketing &amp; Advertising Support<ul><li>Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads for boosting or assisting ad campaigns</li><li>Understanding of SEO, keyword strategy, and basic analytics tracking (Google Analytics, Meta Insights)</li><li>Coordinate with marketing to help manage budgets, performance reports, and campaign timelines</li><li>Stay current on digital trends, social algorithms, and content best practices</li></ul>Preferred Skills &amp; Experience (All Pluses, Not Requirements)<ul><li>Strong written and verbal communication; polished grammar and phone presence</li><li>Naturally likeable and confident in customer-facing conversations</li><li>Experience managing social media and advertising campaigns across multiple platforms</li><li>Familiar with BigCommerce, Square, PayPal, or similar eCommerce systems</li><li>Skilled in Canva or other design platforms with an eye for layout and brand style</li><li>Understanding of digital marketing metrics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO fundamentals</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office, Gmail, and Google Workspace</li><li>Organized, proactive, dependable, and collaborative</li><li>Positive, professional, and drama-free attitude &mdash; we value doers, not complainers</li></ul>Why You&rsquo;ll Love Working HereWe&rsquo;re a small, energetic, American-owned team that believes in good attitudes, strong coffee, and creative freedom.
