The Role

We’re looking for a charismatic, sales-minded, and creative Sales & Social Media Associate to join our in-office team. This role blends sales communication with daily social media management and digital marketing responsibilities. You’ll guide customers toward the best game-room furniture, process online orders through BigCommerce, Square, and PayPal, and manage our brand presence across all major social platforms.

ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Experience

  • Engage with customers by phone and email — professional, personable, and proactive
  • Guide shoppers toward the best game-room furniture for their home or project
  • Process and track online orders using BigCommerce, Microsoft Office (Excel), Gmail, Google Drive, Square, and PayPal
  • Take initiative to make outbound follow-up calls to existing and potential customers
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with excellent grammar and tone
  • Maintain accurate customer records and order notes

Social Media & Marketing

  • Manage Sawyer Twain’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok) — plan, create, and schedule engaging posts that reflect our brand tone and visual style
  • Write compelling captions, product highlights, and promotional content that align with sales campaigns and seasonal launches
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments and DMs, and interact with followers in a professional, on-brand voice
  • Design and curate visually striking content in Canva or other creative tools that align with our brand identity
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on email campaigns, product spotlights, influencer partnerships, and paid promotions
  • Track performance metrics and contribute creative ideas to grow brand awareness and online sales

Digital Marketing & Advertising Support

  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads for boosting or assisting ad campaigns
  • Understanding of SEO, keyword strategy, and basic analytics tracking (Google Analytics, Meta Insights)
  • Coordinate with marketing to help manage budgets, performance reports, and campaign timelines
  • Stay current on digital trends, social algorithms, and content best practices

Preferred Skills & Experience (All Pluses, Not Requirements)

  • Strong written and verbal communication; polished grammar and phone presence
  • Naturally likeable and confident in customer-facing conversations
  • Experience managing social media and advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Familiar with BigCommerce, Square, PayPal, or similar eCommerce systems
  • Skilled in Canva or other design platforms with an eye for layout and brand style
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO fundamentals
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Gmail, and Google Workspace
  • Organized, proactive, dependable, and collaborative
  • Positive, professional, and drama-free attitude — we value doers, not complainers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
