The role involves financial analysis, industry research, and building investment insights across sectors such as cement, chemicals, energy, and banking.This position is ideal for candidates with a background in Accounting, Finance, or Economics who want to build a career in stock market research and investment analysis.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Analyze financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)</li><li>Build and maintain financial models (Excel-based)</li><li>Evaluate company performance using:</li><li>Profitability ratios (ROA, ROE, margins)</li><li>Liquidity and leverage ratios</li><li>Conduct sector analysis (e.g., cement, chemicals, textiles)</li><li>Identify investment opportunities and risks</li><li>Track macroeconomic indicators (interest rates, inflation, currency trends)</li><li>Prepare research reports and investment summaries</li><li>Monitor insider activity, corporate announcements, and market trends</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For Education:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in:</li><li>Accounting</li><li>Finance</li><li>Economics</li><li>Stats</li><li>Maths</li><li>(ACCA/CA Inter candidates are encouraged to apply)</li></ul>Technical Skills:<ul><li>Strong understanding of financial statements</li><li>Basic knowledge of:</li><li>Valuation (P/E, EV/EBITDA, DCF basics)</li><li>Cash flow analysis</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel</li></ul>Analytical Skills:<ul><li>Ability to connect business activity &rarr; financial impact</li><li>Understanding of industry cycles (e.g., textile demand, cement demand)</li><li>Ability to identify red flags in financials</li></ul>Soft Skills:<ul><li>Strong written and verbal communication</li><li>Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly</li><li>Curious mindset with independent thinking</li></ul>Location Requirement (Strict)Applicants must be currently based in KPK, preferably in:<ul><li>Peshawar</li><li>Mardan</li><li>Swabi</li></ul>(Applications from outside KPK will not be considered)Preferred (Bonus) Skills<ul><li>Prior experience analyzing companies listed on PSX</li><li>Familiarity with sectors like:</li><li>Cement</li><li>Chemicals</li><li>Energy</li><li>Experience using financial data platforms (e.g., PSX, annual reports)</li><li>Interest in long-term investing and equity markets</li></ul>Selection Process<ul><li>Initial screening interview</li><li>Technical interview (financial analysis + case study)</li><li>Practical assignment (company analysis)</li></ul>Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting : 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
