You don&rsquo;t need years of experience - but you must be eager to learn, comfortable with numbers, and ready to take ownership.KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:<ul><li>Assist in managing and optimizing Google Ads &amp; Microsoft Ads campaigns</li><li>Monitor daily performance metrics (spend, ROAS, CPA, conversion rate)</li><li>Identify performance fluctuations and report insights</li><li>Support keyword research, search term analysis, and negative keyword implementation</li><li>Assist in feed optimization and Shopping campaign improvements</li><li>Prepare daily and weekly performance reports</li><li>Conduct competitor and auction insights analysis</li><li>Support A/B testing of ads and landing pages</li></ul>WE ARE LOOKING FOR:<ul><li>Recent graduate or 0 - 1 years of experience in digital marketing</li><li>Strong analytical mindset and comfort with numbers</li><li>Basic understanding of Google Ads (certification is a plus, not mandatory)</li><li>Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Willingness to learn and take feedback</li><li>Strong problem-solving mindset</li></ul>Work Location: Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala (Work from Office)Work Shift: Night (US Shift) - 6 p.m. to 3 a.m. &ndash; Monday to FridayJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
