Jr. Digital Marketing (PPC) Analyst

You will work in the performance marketing team on high-budget, real revenue-driving campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Search, Shopping, and Performance Max) for our US client - https://www.proimprint.com/

This is a hands-on learning environment where performance, data, and accountability matter. You don’t need years of experience - but you must be eager to learn, comfortable with numbers, and ready to take ownership.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Assist in managing and optimizing Google Ads & Microsoft Ads campaigns
• Monitor daily performance metrics (spend, ROAS, CPA, conversion rate)
• Identify performance fluctuations and report insights
• Support keyword research, search term analysis, and negative keyword implementation
• Assist in feed optimization and Shopping campaign improvements
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports
• Conduct competitor and auction insights analysis
• Support A/B testing of ads and landing pages

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Recent graduate or 0 - 1 years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with numbers
• Basic understanding of Google Ads (certification is a plus, not mandatory)
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• High attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
• Strong problem-solving mindset

Work Location: Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala (Work from Office)

Work Shift: Night (US Shift) - 6 p.m. to 3 a.m. – Monday to Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
