Supply Chain Assistant (Mandarin-Speaking) 
Compensation: $20 per hour

Job Type: Full-time (onsite)

Location: Dallas Office, TX 75243

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assist in maintaining supply chain data and records in systems (e.g., NetSuite).</li>
<li>Prepare and organize reports related to shipment tracking, inventory status, and supplier performance.</li>
<li>Support the purchasing process by issuing purchase orders (POs), tracking delivery schedules, and verifying receipts and invoices.</li>
<li>Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve delivery or supply issues when they arise.</li>
<li>Assist with physical inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Inventory, Shipping, Sales, and Accounting) to support supply planning and operational needs.</li>
<li>Help address supply chain disruptions or delays and escalate issues when necessary.</li>
<li>Organize and maintain procurement documents, contracts, shipping records, and customs documentation.</li>
<li>Provide support on additional tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor.</li> 
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, Data Analysis, Supply Chain, or a related field.</li>
<li>Bilingual in English and Mandarin.</li>
<li>Experience in purchasing, inventory management, supply chain, or operations.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.</li>
<li>Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).</li>
<li>Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with inventory, accounting, and shipping teams.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail and accuracy.</li></ul></div>
