Smart Care Poly Clinic is looking for a Registered Nurse with an experience in Gynecology.Must be able to join immediately and have DHA Eligibility LetterCore responsibilities<ul><li>Patient Assessment and Care: Evaluate patient needs, conduct detailed assessments, and develop and implement care plans.</li><li>Medication and Treatments: Administer medications according to a patient's condition and symptoms, and order diagnostic exams and tests.</li><li>Health Records: Maintain accurate and confidential patient healthcare records, documenting all care, observations, and treatments.</li><li>Patient and Family Education: Explain medical conditions and treatment plans in a way that patients and their families can understand, and provide emotional support.</li><li>Coordination and Collaboration: Coordinate with other nurses, doctors, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care, including managing discharge plans and rehabilitation support.</li><li>Advocacy: Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their needs and wishes are communicated to the healthcare team.</li><li>Leadership and Training: Provide professional leadership, guidance, and support to other staff, including training new staff and students.</li></ul>Essential skills<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Clinical and technical skills related to patient care and medical procedures.</li><li>Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.</li><li>Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
