Registered Nurse

Smart Care Poly Clinic is looking for a Registered Nurse with an experience in Gynecology.

Must be able to join immediately and have DHA Eligibility Letter

Core responsibilities

• Patient Assessment and Care: Evaluate patient needs, conduct detailed assessments, and develop and implement care plans.
• Medication and Treatments: Administer medications according to a patient's condition and symptoms, and order diagnostic exams and tests.
• Health Records: Maintain accurate and confidential patient healthcare records, documenting all care, observations, and treatments.
• Patient and Family Education: Explain medical conditions and treatment plans in a way that patients and their families can understand, and provide emotional support.
• Coordination and Collaboration: Coordinate with other nurses, doctors, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care, including managing discharge plans and rehabilitation support.
• Advocacy: Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their needs and wishes are communicated to the healthcare team.
• Leadership and Training: Provide professional leadership, guidance, and support to other staff, including training new staff and students.
