As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you turn uncertainty into assurance, making sure their first touchpoint with AT&amp;T&rsquo;s full suite of services feels personal, protected, and purposeful.What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing as the AT&amp;T Sales Representative:<ul><li>Guide customers through the enrollment process for AT&amp;T's wireless, fiber internet, and entertainment solutions, verifying all required documentation and coordinating activation.</li><li>Provide clear and personalized consultations that simplify AT&amp;T's product and service options, leveraging interactive tools and product demonstrations.</li><li>Manage post-sale logistics, including scheduling installations, troubleshooting setup issues, and ensuring a seamless and timely service activation.</li><li>Maintain meticulous and current records of all customer interactions and enrollment milestones within the CRM system for accurate performance tracking and follow-up.</li><li>Analyze customer usage patterns and proactively recommend tailored upgrades or new services from AT&amp;T's product suite based on evolving needs.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and local leadership to resolve complex issues and ensure all customer experiences consistently meet AT&amp;T&rsquo;s service standards.</li></ul>What the AT&amp;T Sales Representative Brings to the Table:<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, communications, or marketing preferred.</li><li>Experience in service coordination, enrollment, or account setup&mdash;ideally within telecom, utilities, or sales environments.</li><li>Clear communication and active listening skills, with a talent for breaking down AT&amp;T service options into easy-to-understand choices.</li><li>Comfortable using CRM systems and digital platforms to keep customer records accurate, track enrollments, and manage service documentation with care.</li><li>Organized and adaptable, able to handle multiple enrollments smoothly while meeting goals in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
