The AT&T Sales Representative helps customers understand and enroll in the perfect mix of AT&T’s offerings—wireless, fiber, smart home, and business-grade connectivity—in a role that values both speed and sincerity.

As an AT&T Sales Representative, you’ll help customers take their first confident step with America’s most trusted connectivity brand. The AT&T Sales Representative manages enrollment across AT&T’s full suite—including wireless, fiber internet, smart home solutions, and business services. Above all, you’ll make the entire sign-up process feel effortless, reassuring, and genuinely supportive.

What You’ll Be Doing as the AT&T Sales Representative:

  • Guide customers through the enrollment process for AT&T's wireless, fiber internet, and entertainment solutions, verifying all required documentation and coordinating activation.
  • Provide clear and personalized consultations that simplify AT&T's product and service options, leveraging interactive tools and product demonstrations.
  • Manage post-sale logistics, including scheduling installations, troubleshooting setup issues, and ensuring a seamless and timely service activation.
  • Maintain meticulous and current records of all customer interactions and enrollment milestones within the CRM system for accurate performance tracking and follow-up.
  • Analyze customer usage patterns and proactively recommend tailored upgrades or new services from AT&T's product suite based on evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and local leadership to resolve complex issues and ensure all customer experiences consistently meet AT&T’s service standards.

What the AT&T Sales Representative Brings to the Table:

  • High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, communications, or marketing preferred.
  • Experience in service coordination, enrollment, or account setup—ideally within telecom, utilities, or sales environments.
  • Clear communication and active listening skills, with a talent for breaking down AT&T service options into easy-to-understand choices.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital platforms to keep customer records accurate, track enrollments, and manage service documentation with care.
  • Organized and adaptable, able to handle multiple enrollments smoothly while meeting goals in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
