We are a fast-growing coaching and consulting (info business) seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketer to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.This role is ideal for someone who has prior experience in coaching, consulting, or info-product businesses and understands how to generate and convert high-quality leads through paid traffic.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, launch, and scale paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads</li><li>Manage and optimize significant ad spend budgets, ensuring efficient CPL, CAC, and ROAS</li><li>Develop and test creatives, audiences, and funnels for lead generation and sales</li><li>Analyze performance data and make data-driven optimization decisions</li><li>Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to improve funnel performance</li><li>Implement A/B testing strategies for ads, landing pages, and offers</li><li>Track, report, and forecast campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis</li><li>Stay updated with platform changes, policies, and best practices</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing medium to high ad spend budgets</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics</li><li>Experience generating leads and sales for B2B or high-ticket offers</li><li>Ability to work independently and take ownership of results</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in coaching, consulting, or info-product businesses (highly preferred)</li><li>B2B advertising experience preferred</li><li>Experience marketing high-ticket programs, courses, masterminds, or consulting services</li><li>Familiarity with CRM tools, tracking pixels, conversion APIs, and funnel tools</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive base pay</li><li>Performance-based bonuses tied to campaign results</li><li>Profit-sharing opportunities based on overall business growth</li><li>Flexible work environment</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a rapidly scaling business</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease apply with:<ul><li>Your updated resume</li><li>A brief summary of your experience running ads for coaching, consulting, or info businesses</li><li>Examples or case studies of campaigns you&rsquo;ve managed (ad spend, results, ROAS)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,014.19 - &#8377;80,640.27 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
