We are a fast-growing coaching and consulting (info business) seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketer to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
This role is ideal for someone who has prior experience in coaching, consulting, or info-product businesses and understands how to generate and convert high-quality leads through paid traffic.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and scale paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Manage and optimize significant ad spend budgets, ensuring efficient CPL, CAC, and ROAS
- Develop and test creatives, audiences, and funnels for lead generation and sales
- Analyze performance data and make data-driven optimization decisions
- Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to improve funnel performance
- Implement A/B testing strategies for ads, landing pages, and offers
- Track, report, and forecast campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis
- Stay updated with platform changes, policies, and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns
- Demonstrated experience managing medium to high ad spend budgets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics
- Experience generating leads and sales for B2B or high-ticket offers
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in coaching, consulting, or info-product businesses (highly preferred)
- B2B advertising experience preferred
- Experience marketing high-ticket programs, courses, masterminds, or consulting services
- Familiarity with CRM tools, tracking pixels, conversion APIs, and funnel tools
