 He&rsquo;s behind multiple ventures - from launching conferences and leading the &ldquo;Scalers&rdquo; affiliate training programme to building luxury villas in Bali and overseeing international property developments. His world spans fast-moving online businesses, international travel, events, and high-level relationships.
 
 
 
 
 This role is all about keeping both his personal/lifestyle world and the business side running smoothly: ensuring operations are seamless, payments are tracked, travel and events are organised, and communication flows effortlessly between Alex, his wider team and his network.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Your Mission: Protect the CEO&rsquo;s time as if it&rsquo;s your most valuable asset &mdash; because it is. Your mission is to make every day feel organised, intentional, and effortless.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Role Overview
 
 
 
 You will act as Alex&rsquo;s right hand across two core areas:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 1. Lifestyle &amp; Personal Management
 
 <ul>

 Oversee household operations, maintenance schedules, and supplier coordination.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Manage personal shopping, gifting, and ad-hoc personal errands.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Plan and coordinate social events, dinners, private functions, and family commitments.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Handle travel bookings, visa arrangements, and concierge-style requests (often last-minute).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Source, evaluate, and liaise with service providers (drivers, chefs, cleaners, contractors, etc.).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ensure properties (e.g. Dubai, Bali) and personal projects are handled with care.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times regarding personal and family matters.
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 2. Business &amp; Executive Support

 Act as a trusted gatekeeper for all business matters, managing Alex&rsquo;s professional calendar, meetings, and deadlines.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Manage complex diaries and travel itineraries (domestic and international).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Have oversight on incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring follow-up on invoices, receipts, and financial commitments.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external partners to keep projects on schedule and aligned with priorities.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and simple dashboards for visibility on performance and outstanding actions.
 
 </li>

 Organise business travel, meetings, conferences, and podcast/speaking engagements.
 
 </li>

 Handle high-level correspondence and respond on Alex&rsquo;s behalf where appropriate
 
 </li>

 Maintain confidential files and manage sensitive information with absolute discretion.

 Anticipate operational needs, resolve issues proactively, and keep Alex informed without overloading him.

 Email &amp; Communication Management

 Process Alex&rsquo;s inbox twice daily with an aim for Inbox Zero at agreed times.

 Label, sort, and prioritise emails; Alex only sees what requires him.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Reply on his behalf using approved templates and tone.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Decline non-aligned invitations (events, collabs, investments) gracefully.

 Admin Syncs &amp; Meeting Rhythm

 Block the calendar correctly for travel days, prep time, recovery days, and events.

 Coordinate podcasts, speaking gigs, recordings, and founder dinners &ndash; including follow-ups and requests for raw footage.

 Household &amp; Personal Coordination

 Requirements

 Prior experience supporting high-profile or high-net-worth individuals, or a fast-paced entrepreneur/senior executive.

 Proven track record as an Executive Assistant, Business PA, or similar operations/admin role.
