With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we take pride in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful and functional environments.Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled Landscapers to join our team. We have openings in both our Maintenance Division and Design/Build Division.Responsibilities:Maintenance Division:<ul><li>Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding.</li><li>Plant and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees.</li><li>Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed.</li><li>Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools.</li><li>Ensure client properties are kept clean and presentable at all times.</li></ul>Design/Build Division:<ul><li>Assist in the installation of landscape designs, including planting, hardscaping, and irrigation systems.</li><li>Follow blueprints and instructions to accurately execute landscape projects.</li><li>Operate machinery such as skid steers, excavators, and compactors.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.</li><li>Maintain a safe and organized work environment.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in landscaping or related field preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of plants, horticulture practices, and landscape maintenance techniques.</li><li>Ability to operate landscape equipment and machinery safely.</li><li>Strong work ethic and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (for Maintenance Division positions).</li><li>Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive wages based on experience.</li><li>Opportunities for advancement and professional development.</li><li>Health insurance.</li><li>401k retirement plan.</li><li>Vacation and holiday pay.</li><li>Year-end bonus</li><li>Positive and collaborative work environment.</li></ul>How to Apply: If you are passionate about landscaping and have the skills to excel in either maintenance or design/build roles, we want to hear from you!
