Landscape Technician/ Crew lead

Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled Landscapers to join our team. We have openings in both our Maintenance Division and Design/Build Division.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance Division:

• Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding.
• Plant and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees.
• Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed.
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools.
• Ensure client properties are kept clean and presentable at all times.

Design/Build Division:

• Assist in the installation of landscape designs, including planting, hardscaping, and irrigation systems.
• Follow blueprints and instructions to accurately execute landscape projects.
• Operate machinery such as skid steers, excavators, and compactors.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in landscaping or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of plants, horticulture practices, and landscape maintenance techniques.
• Ability to operate landscape equipment and machinery safely.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (for Maintenance Division positions).
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
