Landscape Team Member

A&E Mowing is hiring a full-time Landscape Team Member to join our growing team. This position is primarily focused on landscaping projects, including landscape renovations, mulch and rock installations, edging, planting, and property improvements. During certain times of the season, such as spring and fall cleanups or when business needs require, team members may also assist with lawn mowing and other outdoor maintenance services.

What You’ll Do

• Landscape renovations
• Mulch and decorative rock installation
• Landscape edging installation
• Shrub and plant installation
• Weeding, pruning, and landscape bed maintenance
• Sod installation, seeding, and lawn restoration
• Spring and fall cleanups
• Occasionally assist with lawn mowing and other seasonal services
• Operate professional landscaping equipment and tools

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and dependable
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Able to perform physical work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Landscaping experience is helpful but not required—we’re willing to train the right person.

Pay & Benefits

• $24.00–$27.00 per hour, based on experience
