What You&rsquo;ll do:
As our HR Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the company&rsquo;s strategic direction through people, culture, and leadership. You&rsquo;ll oversee all aspects of HR, including:
HR Management - Oversee and manage all HR functions, including talent management, while leading the HR department.
Strategic Management - Lead the development and Implementation of global HR strategies that align with overall business objectives.
Project Management - Lead and manage cross-functional HR projects, ensuring on-time delivery, effective risk mitigation, and achievement of clear, measurable outcomes.
Compliance Management &ndash; Ensuring adherence to labor laws and industry standards throughout the United States.
Compensation Management - Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits structures that attract and retain top talent globally.
Restructuring &amp; Change Management - Drive organizational right-sizing initiatives with empathy, precision, and business acumen.
HR Analytics &amp; Process Improvements &ndash; Use analytics to gain actionable insights to improve business and talent outcomes.
Employee Relations &amp; Conflict Resolution &ndash; Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership, fostering a harmonious workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and enhances organizational effectiveness.
What We&rsquo;re Looking for:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master&rsquo;s degree or HR certification preferred).</li><li>
8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a software or healthcare tech environment.</li><li>
Proven expertise in right-sizing, workforce transformation, and change management.</li><li>
Experience building HR systems and processes in a scaling tech company.</li><li>
Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development.</li><li>
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills &ndash; able to influence at all levels and across cultures.</li><li>
Demonstrated project management abilities with a track record of leading cross-functional HR initiatives.</li></ul></div>
