Job SummaryThe Scent Library is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee day-to-day logistics operations across retail, warehouse, and distribution functions. The role requires on-site presence to ensure smooth coordination of inventory movement, deliveries, and compliance with company standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for retail stores, warehouse, and B2B clients</li><li>Monitor inventory movement, stock transfers, and delivery schedules</li><li>Liaise with suppliers, couriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams</li><li>Ensure accurate documentation for deliveries, invoices, and stock records</li><li>Track shipments and resolve delays, discrepancies, or damages</li><li>Support store replenishment and inter-branch transfers</li><li>Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of perfume products</li><li>Maintain updated logistics reports and records</li><li>Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and UAE regulations</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination</li><li>Experience in retail, FMCG, or luxury goods is an advantage</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to work independently and coordinate on-site operations</li><li>Proficient in basic reporting tools and inventory systems</li><li>Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)</li></ul>Contract &amp; Work Conditions<ul><li>Must hold a valid UAE freelance visa (mandatory)</li><li>On-site work required</li><li>Availability to work according to operational needs</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Must agree with salary package</li><li>Can join immediately</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>UAE Own Visa (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>
