 Supporting two of our Managing Partners, you will be the engine that keeps their professional lives running smoothly. This isn't just "desk work"&mdash;you are a brand ambassador for the firm. You&rsquo;ll sit in the heart of the action, collaborating daily with a long-tenured administrative team that will mentor and train you.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Your day-to-day will include:
 
 
 <ul>

 Managing heavy Outlook schedules and email flow for fast-moving executives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all business cards, meetings, and interactions are meticulously logged.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate board meetings and interacting with high-level portfolio company executives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage complex travel arrangements and processing expense reports with precision.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bring the team together for "all-hands" events and special projects.
 </li>

 Education:
