OverviewSeeking a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for a wealth advisory firm.We rely on a small team of talented individuals to deliver the best possible service to our wonderful customers. Great communication skills and a desire to be part of a fast-paced work environment are required.Duties&middot; Welcome clients, guests, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization&middot; Call existing clients to schedule appointments, answer incoming calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate person or department, and take messages accurately&middot; Organize and manage appointments, meetings, and calendars for staff and clients&middot; Maintain the reception area, monitor office supplies, and ensure cleanliness and organization&middot; Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and managing correspondence&middot; Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and databases&middot; Assist with project management tasks, track deadlines and deliverables&middot; Support HR or other departments with administrative operations as neededRequired Skills:&middot; Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities&middot; Excellent oral and written communication skills&middot; Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality&middot; Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, clients, and visitors&middot; Competence in office software, phone systems, and digital scheduling tools&middot; Ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environmentExperience:&middot; High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or associate degree preferred&middot; Previous professional office experience preferred.Salary:&middot; $36,000/yearFull Time:&middot; 8:30am-4:30pm M-Th&middot; 8:30am-3:00pm Fr&middot; 11:30-12:30 lunchLocation:&middot; In office (Laplace)&middot; No remote option availableBenefits:&middot; Health Insurance&middot; Dental Insurance&middot; Retirement PlanPay: $36,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Work Location: In person
