<p>Picture this: it&rsquo;s a weekday morning, a truck backs into the dock, and you&rsquo;re the first to greet it. You verify the paperwork, inspect parts, and stage materials so production never misses a beat. Later, you&rsquo;re picking, packing, and labeling outbound orders with care&mdash;making sure every shipment leaves right the first time. That&rsquo;s a typical day for our Shipping &amp; Receiving Logistics Coordinator.</p>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h2>
<ul><li>Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and parts to the correct locations</li>
<li>Accurately prepare, package, and stage outgoing shipments</li>
<li>Operate a forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently</li>
<li>Keep the shipping/receiving area orderly, clean, and compliant with safety standards</li>
<li>Routinely handle physical tasks, including lifting 30&ndash;40 lbs</li>
<li>Support inventory control and pitch in on general warehouse duties as needed</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Schedule &amp; Pay</b></h2>
<ul><li>Monday&ndash;Friday</li>
<li>6:00 AM&ndash;2:30 PM or 8:00 AM&ndash;4:30 PM</li>
<li>$20.00&ndash;$24.00 per hour, depending on experience</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You Bring</b></h2>
<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations</li>
<li>Comfort and experience with forklifts and pallet jacks</li>
<li>Familiarity with inventory processes, ERP systems, and carrier tools (FedEx, UPS, DHL) plus basic computer skills</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail and a dependable work ethic</li>
<li>Ability to consistently lift 30&ndash;40 lbs</li>
<li>Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus</li>
<li>Team-first mindset and a positive attitude</li>
