Join a High-Energy Production Team near Lynn, MA

Picture this: it’s a weekday morning, a truck backs into the dock, and you’re the first to greet it. You verify the paperwork, inspect parts, and stage materials so production never misses a beat. Later, you’re picking, packing, and labeling outbound orders with care—making sure every shipment leaves right the first time. That’s a typical day for our Shipping & Receiving Logistics Coordinator.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and parts to the correct locations
• Accurately prepare, package, and stage outgoing shipments
• Operate a forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently
• Keep the shipping/receiving area orderly, clean, and compliant with safety standards
• Routinely handle physical tasks, including lifting 30–40 lbs
• Support inventory control and pitch in on general warehouse duties as needed

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday
• 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• $20.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience

What You Bring

• 1–2 years in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
• Comfort and experience with forklifts and pallet jacks
• Familiarity with inventory processes, ERP systems, and carrier tools (FedEx, UPS, DHL) plus basic computer skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and a dependable work ethic
• Ability to consistently lift 30–40 lbs
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Team-first mindset and a positive attitude
