This part-time role serves clients by warmly welcoming them as they enter our office. This role also supports legal production by preparing materials and ensuring operational readiness for client meetings. It&rsquo;s ideal for someone who is organized, enjoys serving others, wants to be part of a growing team and contributes reliably to core backend systems. Potential for full-time role and growth plan within the firm once skills are identified.Key Responsibilities:&#9679; Warmly greet clients as they enter the office for meetings with our attorneys&#9679; Ensure client waiting area and coffee station are tidy and presentable&#9679; Check-in on clients during their meetings to offer beverages and snacks&#9679; Call clients and remind them of their upcoming appointments with attorneys or staff&#9679; Print and prepare binders and client materials for Signing Meeting&#9679; Prepare finalized binder for attorney review before being returned to client&#9679; Participate in daily/weekly team huddles.&#9679; Engage in ongoing skills training and performance development.Hours: Monday through Thursday &ndash; 9:00AM &ndash; 3:00PMMinimum Requirements: 2+ years of similar responsibilityJob Type: Part-timePay: From $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 per weekWork Location: In person
