Job Summary:SS Scientific System is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support the management in financial decision-making.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.</li><li>Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports.</li><li>Handle supplier and customer account reconciliations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with taxation (Sales Tax, Income Tax, WHT) and other regulatory requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors for annual audits.</li><li>Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting.</li><li>Maintain proper filing of financial documents.</li><li>Support management in cost control and financial planning.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / ACCA Part Qualified preferred).</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks / Peachtree / ERP).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.</li></ul>Interested candidates may send their profiles to labcheminternational00@gmail.com mentioning the position in the subject line.Females are encourage to apply.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>on site: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
