Supply Chain Manager

Job Title: Supply Chain Officer / Supply Chain ExecutiveJob Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain professional to manage and optimize the flow of goods, information, and resources from suppliers to customers. The role involves coordinating procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, and distribution
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Track shipments and resolve any delays or issues
• Analyze supply chain performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and transactions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers
• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, finance, warehouse)
• Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices
• Proficiency in MS Excel and supply chain software/ERP systems
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Supply Chain (e.g., CSCP, CIPS)
• Experience with demand planning and forecasting
• Knowledge of import/export regulations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Work Environment:

• Office and warehouse coordination
• May require occasional travel to supplier or distribution locations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs95,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
