Executive – Supply Chain Planning (FACTORY)

A manufacturing company is seeking an Executive Supply Chain Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between production, procurement, sales, and logistics to align plans and ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure that raw materials and finished goods are adequately stocked without overstocking or understocking.
• Develop detailed production Plan that balance customer demand with production capacity.
• Create short-term and long-term production plans based on sales forecasts and order requirements.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials
• Track production progress to ensure schedules are met.
• Adjust plans as needed to address delays or changing priorities.
• Ensure that production meets quality standards by coordinating with quality control teams.
• Address production-related issues such as equipment failures, material shortages, and adjust plan accordingly
• Periodical Duties/Responsibilities:
• Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Provide reports to management on production performance and any deviations from the plan.
• Monthly Sales compliance
• Production compliance report
• Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
