Job Title: Scientific CoordinatorLocation: Doha, Qatar Company: Scientiworld LLC (Branch)Position SummaryScientiworld LLC (Branch) in Doha is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scientific Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of scientific and research-related activities. The role ensures smooth communication between scientific teams, external partners, and stakeholders while maintaining compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate and manage scientific projects, research activities, and laboratory-related operations.</li><li>Serve as a liaison between researchers, technical staff, and external collaborators.</li><li>Assist in preparing scientific documentation, reports, proposals, and presentations.</li><li>Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and ensure adherence to deadlines.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of research data, experiments, and regulatory documentation.</li><li>Support the organization of scientific meetings, workshops, and conferences.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and ethical standards in scientific work.</li><li>Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment of project goals.</li><li>Assist in procurement coordination for laboratory materials and scientific equipment.</li><li>Contribute to quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a scientific discipline (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or related field).
