Position Summary

Scientiworld LLC (Branch) in Doha is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scientific Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of scientific and research-related activities. The role ensures smooth communication between scientific teams, external partners, and stakeholders while maintaining compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage scientific projects, research activities, and laboratory-related operations.
• Serve as a liaison between researchers, technical staff, and external collaborators.
• Assist in preparing scientific documentation, reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of research data, experiments, and regulatory documentation.
• Support the organization of scientific meetings, workshops, and conferences.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and ethical standards in scientific work.
• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment of project goals.
• Assist in procurement coordination for laboratory materials and scientific equipment.
• Contribute to quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or related field). A Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a research, laboratory, or scientific coordination role preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
