Workforce Competencies Project Coordinator

Stakeholders' management

· Stakeholders Management requires coordination with the vendors and the External Stakeholders, and it includes:

1. Stakeholder Tracking and support including the logistics setup, Access to space internet shared folder etc.

Project Management Support for the Project Managers

· Related to the Project Management Activities, including but not limited to, MoMs, Project charter alignment, Risk Register, Issue logs, follow-ups on deadlines and collection of deliverables.

Reporting

· Reporting requirements include:

1. Project level reports including status updates, effective reporting and escalation of project level achievements, risks, issues etc. that will be presented to executive level management

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Stakeholder Management: 5 years (Required)
  • IT Project Management: 4 years (Required)

Location:

  • Doha (Required)
