We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with 1&ndash;2 years of experience in IT sales or related fields. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company&rsquo;s revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (cold calling, email outreach, networking, etc.).</li><li>Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions offered by Scintill Infotech.</li><li>Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.</li><li>Conduct product presentations, demos, and sales meetings.</li><li>Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and negotiations.</li><li>Collaborate with the internal technical team to ensure smooth project execution.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT services or software solutions.</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to understand technical concepts and present them in simple terms.</li><li>Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
